This model prs - 600 comes with a 6" wide screen ( prs - 300 had 5" ) and comes with memory slots. MS PRO Duo card (SD card) is supported. This model also features touchscreen allowing the user to turn pages with fingers. Supports expandable memory and Oxford dictionary also. The total price comes somewhere around $300.
